Join me LIVE for a joint mobility stretching session. Beginner-friendly, no equipment needed, and I explain everything as we go. (A cushion or yoga mat helps, but even a carpet works.) This is a low-pressure, community-powered workout where we focus on consistency, and mobility together. We go through ~10 moves together: Cat-Cow, Child's Pose, Superman Holds, and more! If you sit at a desk, stare at a phone, or just wake up feeling stiff, this one's for you. My goal is simple: show up, move a little, feel better than when you started. That's it. No performance required! I'll explain each move as we go, so if you're brand new, you're in the right place. We get new faces every day and nobody gets left behind. Rest days are part of this. Skip a day when you need to. Just don't skip two in a row — that's where consistency gets away from you. Ask me how I know. Want more? I go live every day for a Daily Hip Mobility and Middle Splits Follow Along Workout. Same energy, different muscles. 9 PM EST (6 PM PT): Monday through Sunday WELCOME to our very specific journey towards the most important quality, consistency. I hope you have fun!
