Sam O'Hara was one of the first people in Ireland posting fitness content. He started at seventeen with no muscle, no experience, and nobody to ask what was normal.
Five years on he has a hundred thousand followers, a sponsor in Dublin, and he's running a marathon in Adidas gear. He's twenty-two, just out of college, and in two weeks he starts a nine to five in sales.
We talked about starting from nothing, what people at home say when you try something, and the idea he keeps coming back to — that you build proof by doing one hard thing, and the proof is what lets you do the next.
