Ae Forest Adventure | Trails, Goats & getting Stronger

My Scotland MTB adventure continues! After riding at Glentress, I headed towards my hotel ready to take on Ae Forest the following morning to see how much easier it will be on a full sus compared to my hardtail… with an unexpected stop involving food and a few goats along the way. The next day it was time to get the bike out and explore the trails at Ae Forest, including plenty of climbing, some interesting moments and a stop at one of the 7Stanes sculptures before heading back. Then it was time to head home and get back in the gym for a strength session. Mountain biking, exploring, getting stronger and generally enjoying the adventure — exactly what I want this channel to be about. Subscribe for more MTB, strength training and adventures! Be Unstoppable!
