Theobald Ringer - after, the sun (Electronica Mix) [EXOD.004]

About ten years ago, I composed this track pretty instinctively — no real method, just a desire to explore. It was one of my very first, and until now, I had kept it to myself. With some distance and a new perspective, I decided to bring it back — in a more ambient version, something calmer, closer to where I’m at today. Then I started playing with it. I remixed it several times, in different directions — ambient, house, techno, electronica. It became a kind of transformation exercise. The result is a small EP built around that original piece, reshaped in different forms. For this release, I’ve teamed up with Morane Dausse, whose visual work brings another layer to the project. We’re also currently looking for a Palestinian organization to support — all profits from the EP will be donated.
