Phoenix V3, Big Buffs and changes

since AA is no longer 3 anom restricted, normal wind team received big uplift for normal remielle team, gameplay loop is now perfected and absolutely seamless, new EX point allows to fill downtime and continue shortcut loop to basic3, and eba being able to now proc anomaly from offield, might allow for some cool optimizations, especially for cope disorder teams forgot to mention but they also moved the M2 EX upgrade QoL to base kit before u had to press two ex in succession to see ex2, but now u have 10s leeway between presses to get upgraded ex another thing they did to phoenix is that EBA not only can proc burn from offield, but also has 2 anom triggers now, one somewhere in the middle, so if u use it at max anom gauge, it procs during the anim and overflows a little bit and doesnt waste itself into full overcap ult behaves similarly, tho they nerfed it a bit and abloom now is casted on revival cast, not ult cast, so u cant cheese by ulting at 0.01s of stun left and still get all damage from both vortex and abloom xd run is from first few attempts, can be optimized further for like 1.5-2% dps obvious mistakes are using ult before eba in 2nd stun instead of other way around, and failing to line up eba vortex proc in 1st stun, tho this one is parry rng midnscapes received an insane uplift, wind team with yuzuha can nearly triple its dps by going from 3 m0 to 3 m2, and remielle team also benefits dramatically, for her phoenix now giga gaps any other options at any cost bracket i will make a video on mindscapes later rest of the runs, beta chronicles, and test dummy database can be seen on zzzanalytics.vercel.app tick beta archive + lvl 10 (or All) bangboos for current beta. run catalogue is being rebuilt due to bangboos being bugged prior to this beta if you have access to PS and can contribute to testing   / discord   song kaf 不可解 instrumental
