Hey guys, Finally we are back riding and have lessons after a whole year off! So here is our first dressage lesson back! and honestly we worked on so much and we felt so good!! (well for having a whole year off anyway). We worked on shortening and lengthening the strides and slowing the rhythm down. We also popped in some leg yields and even a shoulder in!
