Pattern manipulation: the Bamboo Bodice In this video, I go over the technique to create a bamboo bodice, with a few pointers from some mistakes I've made. I also wanted to show you the dresses that I made using this technique! *Note that I did close the pleats in my dresses, but the technique is the same! The thumbnail shows my inspiration - a vintage dress with a similar zig-zag look! I've only seen it once, and I needed to recreate the look.
