Capoeira Tutorial: Au de Coluna, also know as Au Esquisito, Au de Costas or Gumbi. I was training the other day, and felt the urge to do a tutorial for one of my favorite moves, the Au de Coluna. I've been helping a few friends learning this move, and I find they are responding well to my tips. I have a bit of an original take on this, so I figured I'd share it with more people.
