Feeling lost and not sure what you want? If you’ve ever asked yourself, “How could I not know what I want?”, you’re not alone, and it doesn’t mean something is wrong with you.
In this video, I explain why “What do you want?” is one of the hardest questions to answer, and how you can begin to find your own answer. You’ll learn why your old story answers the question before you can, how to notice it and step out of it, and three simple questions that open the door to self discovery. You’ll also get a short pen-and-paper exercise to separate what you were told to want from what you truly want.
Not knowing what you want is an excellent place to begin your change.
