Welcome back to my peaceful countryside vlog! Today started early with a trip to the local market, grading my students' spelling exercises, and having a simple breakfast of roasted sweet potatoes, boiled corn, and century eggs. Later, I harvested fresh wild Tromoung leaves from our yard to cook a unique rural fish head sour soup with morning glory and straw mushrooms for my mom.
