Kitchen Tech Time! The Ostba 200W Food Sheer (sic), Meat Slicer

I was looking for a way to make slicing my jerky more efficient and I ran across this relatively inexpensive meat slicer on Amazon. It was on my wish list for months, before suddenly showing up as a lightning deal with 15% off. Well, I had to pull the trigger and I'm glad I did. Now, while I did struggle with cutting the jerky (I'll have to work up a new technique for that) it did wonders on a chunk of ham that I bought. See how it performed!
