Introduction Marlies Somers - Interview - Chapter 1 of 16

In my conversation with Marlies Somers, we talk about the magic of voice acting, the characters that shaped a generation, and how cartoons can mean so much more than just entertainment. From voicing Misty in Pokemon and Otto in Rocket Power to sharing childhood memories, creativity, and the unexpected impact these characters have on people's lives. Please note: be respectful and friendly, just as Marlies and I are to each other in the interview: I have a muscle disease called Duchenne. In this interview Marlies and I speak Dutch, but I want to focus on an international audience and that's why I included English subtitles. The interview was filmed by ‪@lynvanderwel519‬. The interview was partially edited by Lyn and myself. 📺 Watch the full interview on YouTube    • Marlies Somers | Dutch Voice Actress | Mis...   📱 Follow me on Instagram   / interviewsbyivo   🌐 Check out the interviews page on my website: https://ivoduchenne.nl/interview 📱 Follow me on YouTube    / @ivoduchenne   💳 Support Ivo’s mission for Duchenne for charity https://supporta.com/bm1m/b03ce1k0t7 #MarliesSomers #VoiceActing #InterviewsByIvo #Duchenne #Inspiration
