New York Landing - RARE Approach into LaGuardia LGA - RWY 13

I believe this is one of the most rare approaches into New York's Laguardia Airport. Coming in from the north with a circle to land on runway 13 offers some low level views of Randall's Island and reminds me of the Runway 29 approach into Newark EWR.
