What does it mean to dine at the high table with Christ?
In this powerful message, we explore the invitation God extends to us—not because of our status, our past, or what we have done, but because of His grace and covenant.
Through the story of Mephibosheth in 2 Samuel 9:1–11, we see a man who went from a place of rejection and limitation to sitting at the king’s table. His story points us to the greater invitation we have received through Christ: we have been welcomed to the King’s table.
Psalm 23:5 reminds us that God prepares a table before us—even in the presence of our enemies. And in Luke 16:19–31, we are challenged to consider the eternal significance of how we live, what we value, and where our hearts are positioned.
This message encourages us to recognise that we are not called to remain outside the table. There is a place for us at the table of the King.
