SAN O - 4K

There has been so much swell in the water that 2-3 foot lefts sounded really fun today. And it was. Good folks both on the beach and in the water is always solid. SHOT out and SHOUT OUT to Carrie McGuire for contributing to some of today's video clips! I have been surfing and filming the Point at San Onofre since 1986! Back then I had a Super 8 film camera! Its been 40 years for me, but there are a lot of folks who have surfed here much longer and clocked more time in the water than anyone. Some have become legends... Today, many of the long-timers gathered for a paddle-out in honor of original San Onofre Surfer, Barbara Luton. I was lucky enough to witness this tribute. This is at timestamp 14:20.
