Arms don’t have to feel complicated.
In this lesson I break down a simple construction method that makes arm anatomy way easier to understand. Instead of memorizing a million muscles, we start with a tube, place an X to find structure, and carve the forms using clear positive and negative shapes.
This is about building arms, not copying them.
We cover the deltoid divisions, bicep and tricep placement, brachialis, epicondyle landmarks, and how everything wraps around the arm in 3D space. You’ll also get repetition drills you can use to practice and actually lock this in.
If arms have been frustrating you, this will simplify the whole process.
Let me know in the comments what body part you want broken down next.
