What this video shows, end to end, on a real Odoo 19 install: Every Settings option, explained and demonstrated - including one setting that's a genuine master kill-switch, not just a label Creating a note from a template in one click, and from scratch with every field explained The visibility engine proven with three real logins - Only Me, Assigned, and a Manager who sees everything Search, filters, group-by and the search panel finding one note among many All seven views: kanban, list, calendar, pivot, graph, activity, plus the KPI dashboard Bulk operations, reminders in the systray, and the expiration/archive lifecycle The exact same notes engine working on a Sales Order and an Employee record, with zero extra code - because it's genuinely generic, not CRM-specific or HR-specific Module: do_quick_notes (Smart Notes) - Odoo 19, Community & Enterprise, depends only on base, mail and web.
