Thick cloud cover and a controlled burn on the North Shore made for a dull grey start to the day here in Noosa. A light 3 to 5 knot WSW breeze blowing at the river mouth. Minor slop and chop on the bar and in the bay. BOM forecast is for north westerly winds 10 to 15 knots turning northerly 15 to 20 knots in the middle of the day. Seas: Around 1 metre, increasing to 1 to 1.5 metres by early evening. Swell: Southerly below 1 metre. Filmed between 6.10am and 6.35am which was roughly an hour and a half before a 0.62m low tide.
