What does an ordinary Chuseok with a Korean family look like? 🇰🇷🤎 This year, we’re spending Chuseok with our family in Ulsan. Since my father-in-law is currently in the hospital, we’re keeping this Chuseok simple and skipping the traditional family ceremony. Instead, we’re gathering together, enjoying good food, having a family barbecue, and spending some precious time together. We arrive in Ulsan a day early, enjoy a little walk, and then head to a cozy guesthouse where the whole family can stay together. From a family barbecue to quiet moments with our little one, these three days are filled with simple but special memories.
