Seymour Duncan JB/Jazz vs Dimarzio 36th Anniversary in a mahogany guitar

The guitar is a PRS SE Tremonti with a mahogany body and mahogany neck. The black pickups are Seymour Duncan Jazz neck and JB bridge. The Nickel covered pickups are a Dimarzio 36th Anniversary neck and bridge. Both sets of pickups are set 2mm on the low E side and 1.5 mm on the high E side. I am playing into a Focusrite audio interface and using NI Guitar rig for the amps.
