It is a Thailand-style light museum and animal-themed light safari rather than a traditional wildlife safari with live animals. The attraction features an illuminated tunnel, vibrant glowing replicas of wild animals like tigers and bears, moon installations, and global art displays. 📍 Location & Getting There • Venue: Glow Empire / Glow Safari, Dr. Vishnuvardhan Park, Mysuru. • Landmark: It is located right next to the Kote Anjaneya Swamy Temple, near the north gate of the iconic Mysore Palace. Because it is right in the heart of the city, it is incredibly easy to visit alongside your evening palace viewing plans. ⏰ Timings & Entry Fees • Timings: Open daily from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. (Note: The light effects are indoors/shaded so that you can visit during the day, though the visual experience peaks after sunset). • Ticket Prices: • Adults: ₹100 per person (Some promotional festival slots have reported entry at ₹50). • Children: ₹50 per child (or free entry for younger toddlers depending on the ticketing tier). ⚠️ Avoid the Common Mix-up Make sure you don't confuse this seasonal light event with the historic Sri Chamarajendra Zoological Gardens (Mysuru Zoo). The main Mysore Zoo is a separate daytime wildlife attraction located a few minutes away on Zoo Road and does not offer a night safari or a glow safari.
