Klaviyo Form File Upload on Shopify (App: Free Plan)

Klaviyo's form builder has no file upload field. This shows you how to put a contact form with a file upload on any page of your Shopify store, and get the customer's details plus a link to their file into Klaviyo, then email yourself the lot with a Klaviyo flow. This uses Upload Field: Forms & Products, a Shopify app I built myself, plus a Klaviyo account. The free Klaviyo plan is enough, and Klaviyo does not need to be connected to Shopify. The Klaviyo form takes one file per submission for now. QUICK NOTE: The app stores your file and Klaviyo only receives the link to it, so nothing is ever uploaded into Klaviyo itself. When you add an internal alert, Klaviyo emails the address you entered and asks you to opt in. Until you click that email, that address shows as Unconfirmed and you get no alerts, with no error. 2. Use your PUBLIC Klaviyo API key (Klaviyo also calls it the site ID). Never paste a private key, which starts with pk_, into your theme.
