Dauin Fence Build 🇵🇭 Mistakes, Lessons & Total Cost

In this video I review the complete build of the perimeter fence on my lot in Dauin near Dumaguete Negros Oriental, Philippines 🇵🇭 The project took around 9 weeks to complete and included: reinforced concrete footings CHB wall construction concrete posts rendering custom steel gates painting and finishing work I show the finished result and go back through clips from the build process while explaining the 5 biggest lessons I learned during the project. I also break down the main material and labour costs and reveal the total cost of building a 110 metre long concrete fence in the Philippines. Building in the Philippines is very different from building in the UK, and this project taught me a lot about: labour materials pricing project management and what I would do differently when building the actual house.
