'I'm not obliged to follow any protocol' - King Dalindyebo

AbaThembu King Buyelekhaya Dalindyebo says there is no law that restricts him from interacting with an official from any country. This follows Eastern Cape Premier Oscar Mabuyane's decision to probe the visit by Israeli officials to health facilities in the province.
