Young Woman Turns a Junk-Filled Ruin Into Her Dream Home | 1-Year Renovation

Decades of neglect. Mountains of junk. A budget of less than $10,000. Janine walks into an abandoned 3,000 sq ft house and decides to bring it back to life with her own hands. Over one year, she clears the trash, saves everything she can reuse, and rebuilds the house room by room: a brick-and-concrete kitchen, a cozy attic bedroom, a tiny room turned into a two-level retreat with a fireplace, a rooftop terrace, a wood-fired oven, and a front facade topped with a working windmill. No big crew. No expensive furniture. Just patience, smart planning, and a lot of salvaged materials. Watch the full transformation, from the first pile of rubbish to the final night-time reveal.
