INEOS. WHAT A HORROR SHOW.

Manchester United were supposed to be heading in the right direction under INEOS. After years of mismanagement under the Glazers, supporters were promised a new era of accountability, smarter recruitment, a clear footballing identity and a structure capable of restoring United to the top of English and European football. But how much progress has really been made? In this video, I'm taking a deep dive into INEOS' record at Manchester United, examining the decisions, mistakes and leadership failures that have left serious questions about the direction of the club. From managerial instability and questionable recruitment to executive turnover, internal disagreements and the lack of a consistent long-term strategy, there are major issues that cannot simply be blamed on the manager or the players. Jason Wilcox, Omar Berrada and the wider INEOS leadership must be scrutinised for the decisions being made behind the scenes. If managers are expected to deliver results and face the consequences when they fail, why shouldn't the executives responsible for appointing them, building the squad and setting the club's direction face the same level of accountability? The Glazers remain central to Manchester United's long-term decline. Their ownership created many of the structural problems the club continues to face. But INEOS arrived promising to help put things right — and their own record must now be judged on what they have actually delivered. Are INEOS fixing Manchester United's problems, or are they contributing to the very dysfunction they promised to eliminate? This isn't about pretending every decision has been wrong. It's about asking serious questions, examining the wider pattern and demanding accountability from the people entrusted with Manchester United's future. Let me know your thoughts in the comments.
