I'm making Hwei look so OP that both teams all chat about it in confusion

For my opinion on the champion even after hotfix buffs: He still needs some minor buffs. (Doing good on a Champ doesn't mean they are good, like if I am consistent with Veigar or Xerath for example by no means makes them strong). Full rotations should be much closer to Viktor, Syndra, Orianna, Veigar, or even Brand. I do feel pretty confident to carry on him though if laning goes well.
