What Was Going On at Monkey Mountain That Day?!

Filmed August 5, 2026 — a very lively day on Monkey Mountain! That day, the monkeys seemed especially active and vocal. Whenever one of them made a call, others would answer, and before long many of them were gathered together near the top of Monkey Mountain. Some were even swaying their bodies, and I couldn’t resist matching a little background music to their movements. The music is only a playful editing touch to make the video a little more cheerful—not to make fun of the monkeys. I hope it brings a smile, especially now while Monkey Mountain is temporarily closed for renovation. And of course, there’s plenty of Punch! He was busy playing and swinging with the little ones, eating grass, sitting like a tiny human, and doing his usual scratching and grooming. After such an active day, his energy finally started to disappear. By the end of the video, our lively little Punch became very sleepy… until he finally drifted off to sleep. I’m happy I captured this ordinary but beautiful day before the renovation closure. Until we can see Punch and the troop again, I hope these memories make everyone miss them just a little less.
