From the outside, this 70m² house looks solid and private. But inside, the spaces unfold in a completely different way.
Set on an 8 × 12-meter lot, the house takes an introverted approach, using solid walls and a tall slatted fence to create a clear boundary from the street.
Inside, the living and dining area rises beneath a vaulted ceiling. A triangular gable window brings natural light into the space while framing views of the surrounding greenery.
At ground level, full-width sliding glass doors connect the main living area to the backyard courtyard, creating a direct relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces. Above, a private rooftop garden offers another place to relax, surrounded by planters and open views toward the tree canopy and neighboring rooftops.
The interior combines smooth concrete tones, clean white surfaces, natural timber, and olive green accents. Light, greenery, and carefully shaped spaces define the atmosphere without relying on excessive decoration.
A home that turns inward for privacy, while creating a more open and connected living experience inside.
