Ladakh Expedition Ep 4 | Finally to Padum : Broken Engine & Snowfall!

Welcome back to Daily Discoveries! The Ladakh Expedition continues with Episode 4, and this leg of the journey really put both man and machine to the ultimate test. We kicked off Day 7 leaving Kargil behind and making our way towards Padum. The route offered breathtaking views of the Suru Valley, with a mix of smooth tarmac and some gnarly off-road patches that let the Suzuki V-Strom 800DE stretch its legs. However, Day 8 brought some serious challenges as we headed from Padum towards the majestic Gonbo Rangjon. A slight misjudgment on a corner led to a crash against a wall, resulting in a cracked engine casing and a torn riding pant. But the expedition doesn't stop! We pushed forward and finally made it to the base of the towering Gonbo Rangjon, only to be completely surrounded by freezing winds and a sudden, heavy snowfall.
