I'll Become The Lost || TMNT 2012

Here is instalment number eight. You didn't think I would complete this collection with the absence of a dark TMNT edit did you? Since this is the genre of edit that has dominated my edits, not just limited to TMNT edits I knew that this video has to happen. There was always a wow factor to all the sad TMNT edits we made. One thing that my Mom said to me when I was showing my family my edits was "you make these look like such miserable turtles". Yeah, fun fact, I show my family my edits. I was going through my old TMNT edits and to be honest my dark ones actually get a giggle out of me. How far we as editors went to stretch things and really bring the drama to the turtles. We had so much time on our hands, such good times those were. Especially all the nights I was up until 3:00am editing. Sometimes I would even make that 5:00am. On a few occasions I was actually going to bed as my Mom was getting up. It's odd to say, but those were the happiest days of my life. I got into this show in my last year of High School and my big editing spree was during my gap year. As I've mentioned before, I've never had a good relationship with school and that was a time period where I had perfect freedom. It was the one time I truly was part of a fandom and got to have a pleasant experience in one. Making this edit brought back those feelings. Those feelings have seemed to slip away from me in recent years. Ironically making dark edits has never depressed me, rather they made me feel something. They also hold that funny wow factor whenever the 2012 Ninja Turtles are involved. I feel like my editing mojo is returning. Now that was an odd description. Well this event is meant to be a love letter to this series and what it means me, and a letter of this nature should always be sincere.
