Sleeving Engine Block | Kia K2700 J2 |

Kia K2700 J2 engine overheated and caused damaged to the cylinders and they needed to be replaced. Started by removing the old sleeves which basically just fell out from all the heat damage, resurfaced the block to make sure its true again. Bored the block out to fit 0.50 mm over sized semi finished sleeves, rebored the newly fitted sleeves to accept the pistons and honed to the final size of 94.50 mm which is the standard bore size for this engine.
