Puto Bao | Kakanin from Quezon Province

If you've been to Quezon, you've probably seen this purple steamed rice cakes called 'Puto Bao' being peddled on the streets or sold in the public market. A half small coconut shell is traditionally used to mould this rice cake. Hence, the name puto bao.
