About the Speaker: Jessie Kwatamdia is a leader and strategist committed to education, philanthropy, and community impact. She holds a Master’s degree in Adult and Continuing Education from Kansas State University and began her career in teaching, building a strong foundation in lifelong learning and leadership development. Jessie is the franchise owner of The Growth Coach of Columbia, where she helps business owners, executives, and professionals achieve sustainable success through strategic coaching, accountability, and leadership development. She is known for creating practical strategies, strengthening leadership habits, and connecting people to the resources and relationships that drive results. Her background includes significant nonprofit leadership roles, including Fundraiser and Public Relations Director at Douglas County Senior Services, Director of Philanthropy at Stephens College, and Executive Director of the Greater Missouri Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. In these positions, Jessie led fundraising, community outreach, and advocacy initiatives that increased visibility, built partnerships, and expanded organizational support. Across her career and volunteer service, Jessie has consistently focused on developing leaders, strengthening organizations, and cultivating meaningful connections that create positive change.
