The Human Fleet Never Came - And That Was the Plan | HFY Sci-Fi Story

For four hundred years, the galaxy feared the human fleet. The most powerful military in existence. And in all that time, not one living soul had ever seen a single human warship. Then an unstoppable enemy called the Veyr arrived, and civilization after civilization fell. Every fleet the Galactic Council sent was destroyed. But before each defeat, the same strange transmission appeared. One sentence. Always the same. "We received your distress call." When eight thousand ships gather at the Kestrel System for a hopeless last stand, Strategist Orn waits for the legend to arrive. Nothing comes. What happens next leads him across the stars, to a field of ancient satellites, to a recorded voice that has been waiting centuries, and to the truth about what humanity really built. A sci-fi audio story about hope, sacrifice, and the idea that nobody survives alone.
