I Am a Child of God | Not by My Works, But by His Grace | Soulful Christian Worship

*I Am a Child of God | Not by My Works, But by His Grace* I am a child of God. Not because of my goodness. Not because of the things I have done. But because of what Jesus Christ has done for me. We are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. His precious blood, shed upon the cross, is the greatest expression of God's love for us. We cannot earn His love through our own efforts. We can only open our hearts, believe in Jesus, and receive the gift of salvation He has given us. Like the prodigal son returning to his father, we can run into the loving arms of our Heavenly Father because Jesus Christ, our Savior and Mediator, has opened the way. When the enemy accuses us, we remember the cross. When fear surrounds us, we remember whose children we are. When the world tries to shake our faith, we stand upon the unchanging love of Jesus Christ. *I am a child of God.* *I belong to Him.* *Nothing can separate me from His love.* This song is a declaration of faith, redemption, and the everlasting love of our Heavenly Father. May this worship song remind you that your salvation rests not in your own goodness, but in the finished work of Jesus Christ. You are loved. You are redeemed. And through faith in Jesus, you are welcomed into the family of God. 📖 *Ephesians 2:8–9* “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” (KJV) 📖 John 1:12 | Romans 8:38–39 | Luke 15:11–32 May this song strengthen your faith and draw your heart closer to Jesus. — Holy Groove Soul Soulful Christian worship for weary hearts.
