Eggs Benedict - My Favourite Christmas Eve Breakfast

I have a personal tradition for Christmas Eve - I take a breakfast of Eggs Benedict in a cafe or restaurant in town, washed down with a good ale (and perhaps another*), then I spend the day just wandering around, enjoying the atmosphere of the busy crowds doing their last minute shopping.
