Dear Evan Hansen - Sincerely Me [Animatic]

Freshman year is finally over! I have so much time to make animatics now. I'm so relieved. I mean, technically it ended two weeks ago but I'm still allowed to celebrate. I struggled a lot with the end of this one. So many "sincerely's" to fill. It was really hard, but I napped on it and I figured it out. Naps are good for the soul. I think my next DEH animatic will be either Waving Through a Window or Requiem. I'm leaning towards Requiem because I wanna draw Connor's dad. I may do a BMC animatic next, though. #grayoblongpill Also, happy pride month! Frames: 302 Time: 2 weeks Mango juice consumed: 8 cartons A couple notes: The forest that they have a fantasy sequence in is the same forest Evan tried to kill himself in. Why does Evan own a skateboard? I headcanon that Evan's dad sent him a skateboard for his birthday because he had no idea what he actually wanted. Evan managed to actually learn to skate! But he can't do any tricks. Lame. How did Evan lift up Connor with a broken arm? It's a fantasy sequence, Connor isn't real. I'm pretty sure unreal (and dead) people don't weigh anything. Connor catching the letter in the beginning is supposed to be a parallel to Good For You. I watched a loooot of Ed, Edd, and Eddy while making this. Good show.
