适耕庄（马来语：Sekinchan）是马来西亚雪兰莪州西北部的一个小镇，位于沙白安南县南端，南邻双溪武隆、西临马六甲海峡、北邻巴西班让，是马来西亚主要的稻米生产区之一，滨海的适耕庄海口渔村也出产渔获，因而有“渔米之乡”之称。 Sekinchan is a small town in the northwest of Selangor, Malaysia, located at the southern end of the Sabak Bernam district. It borders Sungai Buloh to the south, the Strait of Malacca to the west, and Pasir Puteh to the north. As one of Malaysia's major rice-producing regions, Sekinchan is also home to the coastal fishing village of Sekinchan Harbour, which yields abundant seafood harvests—earning it the nickname "the land of fish and rice."
