Al Attar Centre & Karama Centre in Karama Dubai is where mostly Filipinos & Indians come to shop for cheap finds like mobile phones & accessories, handbags, perfumes, watches & jewellery, clothing, shoes & even thrift shops. You can also find affordable dining & local Filipino & Indian cuisines.
