Zambian baked sea bream with Chileshe from WaterAid

Coming up! Another special edition where I'll be welcoming another special guest from the brilliant charity, WaterAid. In this episode Chileshe will share his favourite spicy baked fish dish - perfect for the oven or to chuck on the BBQ for summer. I am so excited to be working with WaterAid to bring you a selection of dishes from their field officers based across the globe. WaterAid put water, hygiene and sanitation at the top of the agenda to create lasting change in some of the world's poorest countries.
