Reverse Wired ACA P-50 Siren Test (Short Alert), Marshall, TX

0:10 - Activation 0:30 - Deactivation After years of wanting to record this siren, I finally did the deed! Drove up to Marshall and met up with Armoturo to record this previously undocumented P-50 in Marshall located at W.B. Travis Elementary School. Lo and behold a couple minutes past 1 O’Clock it fired up and we discover it’s reverse wired. We were accompanied by a member of the Fire Department who was there to observe the siren and give feedback. The City of Marshall (as of 11/2025) tests their sirens on the first Wednesday of each month at 1:00 PM, unsure if they will keep this current schedule or not as in the past they’ve been known to change their schedule several times.
