Test 4 H.265 2 Pass Auto Bitrate Main Profile - H.264 vs H.265 YouTube Picture Quality Test

This is a video codec test and comparison between H.264 and H.265 to see which one of these video codecs results in the best picture quality when used for uploading to YouTube. H.264 is sometimes called AVC and H.265 is sometimes called HEVC, in reference to specific standards for each codec. The are six video tests in total as part of this comparison, the others are linked below. Some of the test numbers in the video titles are wrong but the codec variation in the titles in the videos are correct and the YouTube video titles for each video are also correct.
