New World Aeternum PVP - FINAL BUILD Update OFF META - (Medium SNS/Flail)

People keep asking for it so here it is - the final build update. My other build guides are more generic - gearing up your character type of builds. Taking advantage of the RW gear set vendor, etc. This one is highly farmed/optimized from World Tours and crafting casino so might not be as easily replicated. There are 1-2 alternative pieces depending on what you have or are missing from it. Feel free to post any questions about gear/perks/whatever. What are we playing in November? Server: Valhalla Songs: Dark Phonk String Quartet - Dark Session Bass Drop No. 2 OPR clips with very minimal edits. Season 10 is a banger to go out on ~ and I need storage space.
