Weirdest Subaru in the WORLD? (Part 2 - BARELY Runs with Alternator Connected??)

This Subaru is getting REALLY FUN! :) It seems to run fine at 12V, but as soon as system voltage gets to 14V, the ignition coils draw LESS CURRENT, and it starts losing spark?! CRAZY STUFF!!
