I go over food options truck drivers have while on the road and also how they truck drivers can take care of their health while being on the road. Doing meal preps as truck driver. I also show the whole process of me booking a load and then making my way to the shipper to pick up the load and then later on making it to the receiver to deliver the load. For those who are new: I have my own trucking company which means, I own the truck, trailer and have my own authority which lets me book my own loads. I don't work with any dispatch service nor any middle people. I'm an fully independent owner-operator.
