Jesus Flores: Five Swords

In Five Swords, we look at how we can elongate a circle to create a "offense within an defense". Also, why is this technique called "Five" Swords when there are only 3 that can we seen? Shielding Hammer is the 3rd one-handed punch technique for Orange Belt. In this technique,we are examining the difference between a roundhouse punch and a hooking punch.
