Until yesterday, we were strangers. Today, we were jumping, skiing, playing in the snow, getting lost in traffic, negotiating activities, sharing food, taking photos—and slowly becoming a group. Welcome to Unscripted with DK Swami — Day 84 of 100. I started this day thinking my job was simple: coordinate everyone, keep the buses moving, make sure people reached the activities, and make sure everyone had a good experience. But somewhere between bungee jumping, snow, traffic, skiing, falling, frozen hands and trying to organize a bonfire, I realized something much bigger. Getting people to the same place is easy. Getting people to genuinely connect is much harder. As someone building an industrial IoT company while also trying to build a career in acting, I'm used to thinking about plans, systems and execution. People don't work like that. Everyone has their own personality, expectations, fears, comfort zones and way of connecting. And maybe that's what made this trip memorable. The snow was beautiful. The activities were crazy.
