Making The Cut: What It Takes To Be An NFL Cheerleader

We sit down with Raiderettes coach, Tiphanie McNiff, to talk all things women in sports, football, working in Las Vegas and what makes the team so special. Tiph was a Raiderette in Oakland, performed in Iraq on a military tour, coached at Fresno State, UC Berkeley and UCLA and is now the director of the Las Vegas Raiderettes. Give the interview a listen to learn more about the team! About us: Yes, we're actually sisters! We pack up our black and white couch and bring it all around the city learning about the people who make Vegas so special. Stay tuned for our weekly drops and please subscribe to our channel. We're excited to have you all along for the ride!
