The Up and Over Pulley Rig is my go-to Sea Fishing rig, it is very versatile can use a Pennel, Wishbone or a Single hook trace attached to the rig body. Ideally suited for clean to light mixed ground. Tamar Blanker is a sea fishing channel set up to help novice and average anglers with information and videos, but most importantly share my experiences and what I learn.
